The diet which we are going to present you is very effective. In case you need to lose more pounds in shorter time, this is the one. With this diet regime you will be able to eliminate 5 pounds in only 5 days.

  • Breakfast

Early in the morning drink a large glass of water or natural juice. You can eat all the fruit and drink all natural juice as you want until lunchtime.

  • Until lunchtime

Drink a glass of water, tea or fresh juice. Eat a few fruits, you can combine different types of fruit. Depending on the season consume fruits that have large amounts of water: in autumn/winter – grapes and citrus, in the spring/summer – melon and watermelon.

  • Lunch

Consume large glass of water before lunch and tea after eating. You can eat as much raw vegetables as desired and any type you like. You can get a salad seasoned with a little vinegar, olive oil, lemon and spices of your choice. You can add olives to the salad. You can consume any raw vegetables or canned, asparagus, artichokes, celery, lettuce, carrots, peppers, cucumbers, garlic, onions, corn, soybeans, tomatoes, etc.

  • Snack

Again, drink a large glass of water, tea or fresh juice. Then you can drink a glass of milk or yogurt, or eat 30gr. cheese or a fruit.

  • Dinner

Drink a glass of water before and after the meal. You can eat 100gr. meat (chicken or beef) or 150 gr. fish or 2 egg with vegetables and fruits.

Caution: Do not keep this diet for a whole week, because it causes nutritional imbalance in the body. You can follow this diet one day, and then eat regularly and repeat again. So you have to take a day rest. And it is not intended for the long term; you should follow from time to time, when you are in need to shed a few extra pounds before your vacation or an important event in your life.

Important notice: Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day and enrich your diet with products with high water content such as fruits and vegetables.
