1 lemon (squeezed juice)
1 tablespoon honey
½ tablespoon cinnamon (powder)
300 ml water
Preparation and use:
Pour the water in a pan and bring to boil. Leave it cool slightly and add the honey, cinnamon, lemon juice and let it stay about 20 minutes. Stir and divide the resulted potion into half. Drink 150 ml before going to sleep and the other half in the morning, about half an hour before breakfast.
You should not add the ingredients into boiling water as they will lose quality and benefits.
